Cornelia Baltes

Cornelia Baltes lives and works in London and Cologne. She received her MFA from the Slade School of Fine Art London in 2011 after graduating from the Folkwang University of the Arts in 2006. Recent solo shows include ‘Schnick Schnack Schnuck,’ Limoncello, London (2013), ‘There’s a light and a whistle for attracting attention,’ DREI, Cologne, DE (2013) and ‘HOOLOOVOO,’ Aspex Gallery, Portsmouth (2012). Recent group shows include ‘Just What is Not Is Possible,’ Museum Folkwang, Essen (2013),‘Chimera Q.T.E.,’ Cell Project Space, London and ‘Young British Art II,’ dienstgebaeude, Zurich, CH (curated by Ryan Gander and Christina von Rotenhan) (2012).
