John Seal

John Seal received his MFA from the University of Southern California in 2011 and his BA from Bard College in 2008. His work has recently been included in exhibitions at Night Gallery, Los Angeles, Carter and Citizen, Los Angeles, the Torrance Art Museum, Torrance, and in the 2010 New Wight Biennial at the Broad Arts Center, UCLA, as well as a solo exhibition at Workspace, Los Angeles. In the summer of 2011 he was in residence at the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture. This summer he will have work in the summer group show at Gavin Brown Enterprise and Venus over Manhattan. He currently lives and works in Los Angeles.
