1890s Paris - Into the staid (if childless) life of Madam and Monsieur DeChamps pops Mademoiselle Philly, a showgirl from the Folies Bergère. But she ain't no Mary Poppins, and this farce ain't about celebrating family values. After all, it's French, and this was La Belle Epoque!!!
